We believe in the power of you - that your mind and body is magnificent and it has the ability to heal itself. It's all about what you put inside of you, and that means no negative emotions.

So when my son was diagnosed with autsim in 2011, I set out to research everything I could find about autsim from diet to therapies. So began the search for all aspect of wellness for my son and others.
